2. Filing a Notification of Claimed Copyright Infringement

If you are a copyright owner, or authorized to act on behalf of one, and have a good-faith belief that content hosted on this service infringes your exclusive copyright, please submit a written DMCA notice containing all of the following requirements:

4. Counter-Notification Procedures

If you believe that your removed material was misidentified or taken down erroneously, you may deliver a written counter-notice to our Copyright Agent pursuant to Sections 512(g)(2) and (3) of the DMCA.

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will furnish the original complaining party with a copy and inform them that the material will be restored within 10 to 14 business days unless legal action is initiated.

5. Repeat Infringer Policy

In accordance with Section 512(i)(1)(A) of the DMCA, RPM to Radians Per Second maintains a strict policy of terminating access and publishing privileges for users or contributors who are determined to be repeat infringers.
